Return & Replacement Policy

Welcome to Brahmaved Naturals! We appreciate your trust in our fresh beauty care products. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. We have a Return & Replacement Policy to provide you with options if you receive products that are damaged or different from their description. This policy outlines the necessary steps to follow for returns or replacements and explains our commitment to resolving any issues promptly. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy to ensure a smooth and seamless experience with Brahmaved Naturals.

Return & Replacement Policy


We do not offer returns on the products as the fresh beauty care products are perishable and have a low shelf life.
The Products purchased from 'Brahmaved Naturals' are subject to return or replacement as per the Return & Replacement Policy within the applicable return or replacement period if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged or different from their description on the product detail. Return or replacement will be processed if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and only if the following conditions are met:

Damaged or Different Product:


1.1 It is agreed that the product is damaged while in transit or during the delivery process.

1.2 The product is returned in its original condition (with the brand's/manufacturer's box, original sales receipt, and all the accessories therein).

In the event that any of the above conditions are fulfilled, we will replace your ordered products or initiate a refund, provided that you agree to the following:

 

1.3 Return Request:

1.3.1 You agree to send an email from your registered email address to us at brahmavednaturals@gmail.com along with the Invoice Number highlighting the following:

  • Clear images and videos of the damaged products, leakage, or spillage, if any, including the packaging. Please note that the video must clearly showcase the unboxing of the package to evidence the damaged products, leakage, or spillage.

  • In the event of any missing product in the package or a wrong product being delivered or an issue with the weight of the product, you agree to share with us clear images and video clippings taken while unboxing the package and of the open package along with the products received for our understanding and confirmation.

 

1.3.2 Resolution Process:

Once the aforementioned details are received, you agree to provide us at least 5 working days to investigate your complaint and provide you with a resolution. If, based on the evidence shared by you, we determine that your return is eligible, our team will inform you accordingly.


1.3.3 Return Procedure:

All approved return products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were received. However, this shall not apply if there has been visible damage or breakage caused to the product containers during transit, in which case the damaged products shall be replaced by us at no additional cost. Provided that you agree to share images and videos of the damaged products during unboxing for our records and confirmation of the replacement.


1.3.4 Quality Check and Replacement:

Once the return package is received by our warehouse team, we will conduct a quality check of the product and validate the product weight. The exchange or replacement of the order will be processed within 48-72 hours once the quality and weight check is completed. You will be provided with the new consignment tracking details via an email to your registered email address.

1. 4 Cancellation and Refunds

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If your cancellation request is eligible, the refund will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. If that method is not available or applicable, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the customer.

1.5 Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note: Brahmaved Naturals is not responsible for any individual reactions to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a key list of ingredients. People with sensitivities or possible allergies to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt, always perform an allergy patch test. If at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product and consult a physician.
